Vine Cottage

Clarice Tracey circa 1937 to 1960's

Clarice Tracey was a Land Army Girl moving to Mickleton in the late 1930’s. She met and married Jack Tracey (a hedger from Gloucestershire) and lived in Letterbox Cottage in Hidcote Boyce. They moved to Vine Cottage to be closer to their work ‘Clarice working in some Large Greenhouses just outside Mickleton’.

The second picture is of Clarice Tracey at the side of Vine Cottage ~ circa 1960
