Built next to the school, this was formerly lived in by the Headmaster and known simply as School House. Both buildings are now private houses and a new school has been built in Broad Marston Lane.

The terrapins or extra classrooms were erected in the 1970's as extra classrooms for the primary school. They remained in use until the old school closed and the children moved into a newly built school off Broad Marston Lane.

At 3pm on 19th May 2013 over 300 residents of the village gathered in the school playing field for a group photograph taken by Brian Woodisse. This had been organised by the Parish Council as its contribution to the Mickleton Community Archive. A 'cherry picker' was used so that the photograph could be taken from above.
